Subject	Boost Gauge

Message	My 95TT boost gauge goes all the way to the right when I turn the ignition to the on position and it stays there even after the car is started. I've already replaced the vacuum hose. With the car running I removed the vacuum hose but leave the electrical connector connected and it still reads +14 at all times. I know it's not the sensor because when I disconnected the connector the gauge needle goes to -14. Obviously the gauge works and the sensor receives electrical signal.
